Love Kneaders! Best sandwiches and salads ever! Also love their soup in a bread bowl. My kids love getting smoothines there. Want to go out for breakfast? Kneaders is the best! Try their french toast...so yummy! Amazing pastries. My favorite is their fresh fruit custard tart.

Yummy soup and friendly staff! The drive through does take a little long during peak hours.

Good portions and lots of tasty baked goods to choose from. Was hot outside and the AC was on high, just a bit to cool for me to enjoy my Veggie/Avocado sandwich

I will punch a baby in the face for the chicken salad or a fruit tart. There really isn't a bad item on the menu, breakfast to lunch. You'll pay a little more - $8 - $12 per person. Decor - 3 feels like I'm in a quilt store Staff - 4 Food - 5 Clean - 5 Price - 4

Our breakfast was apparently not made to order; pancakes and two orders of french toast were luke warm -- far from hot. T hey sell hot drinks as if they know how to make them but they clearly don't. At $5.50 per plus overpriced drinks I'll pass Kneaders next time.

I have had two bad experiences in a row at this location. The first, my chicken sandwich was filled with gristle, and I though, "Never again." But I went back recently, where I got the corn chowder. Not only was it not warm, it was overpriced and honestly the sweetest corn chowder I've ever had. That being said, their treats are delicious, and their bread is good too.

We love Kneaders and eat here all the time but they had a terrible night tonight. They were busy, but it doesn't excuse the poor preparation and food they offered tonight. We showed up at 5:30pm and they were out of the first 2 things we ordered. (Bread Bowl and Croissants). The loaded potato soup was all broth with virtually no potatoes and both kids meals had the smallest sandwiches I'd ever seen. The service was friendly but the product was lacking the quality we're used to at Kneaders. I doubt we'll come on a Saturday night again.

Get the all you can eat French toast. It's pretty delicious. The strawberry smoothie is pretty rad too. Great service, clean store. They also have cute trinkets to buy targeted at impulse shoppers. Beware!!

Wonderful happy and friendly staff! The best cinnamon bread ever!!! We bought four loaves to share with my family! Fantastic. Will definitely return next time!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their salads and sandwiches taste fresh and I haven't had a sandwich I didn't like yet. The smoothies are my favorite, and the pastries are delish!

The foods ok but the layout, especially during busy hours, is not very friendly. I've been a fan of their french toast but think Magelby Fresh is as good or better and you don't have to stand outside when it's busy. My wife likes this place but I think it's just average.

The 5 small chucks of chicken on my salad felt a little like getting ripped off.

Wonderful sandwiches, soups and salads everywhere you look. My favorites are the French Dip, the Turkey Artichoke Panini, the whole wheat turkey sandwich...oh I don't have time to go on. Smoothies are all a hit. The steamers are a perfect warm up on a cold night. Tons of flavors.

Sandwiches and soups are good, but not spectacular. I hear the breakfasts and desserts are to die for, but I haven't tried any. If you're looking for a soup/sandwich location, there are better places for sure.

this was by far the worst experience I have had at Kneaders. I have ate at the Provo & lindon locations and loved every bite. But this location was horrible. There was hardly any meat on our sandwiches and the au jus was so salty. We were hungry so we ate it, but we will never go back there again, total waste of $25

Our experienced started out as 5 star but right at the end dropped to 2 star. My wife and I took our little girls in for lunch today. All told we spent $38 between my lunch, my wife's lunch, our 2 daughter's kids meals, a couple of loaves of bread and some orange rolls. On the menu it states the kids meals come with a sugar cookie so at the end of their meals we went to give our girls their treats and instead of sugar cookies there were a couple of small pieces of brownie. If you've had a 3 year old you can relate to how traumatic this was for her when she expected a sugar cookie. No big deal, I went up and explained the situation to the guy who was taking people's orders out to them, a younger guy. He then grabbed the manager and that's when it got weird. He explained that the sugar cookies weren't ready when we ordered (understandable). At this point they were on the cooling rack waiting for the icing to harden. I let him know I was fine with the cookies as is. I also explained that my 2 year old daughter would also want a sugar cookie instead of the brownie piece when she saw me come back with a cookie for her sister. I didn't bring the other brownie back because I had already put it in front of my 2 year old but I offered to go and get it. After explaining this I told him I expected 2 cookies. I kept my calm because ultimately this wasn't a big deal but after telling him what I expected he said something back like "you expected?" and he told me the sugar cookies are $.99. This was so weird, all over a dumb $.99 sugar cookie that we already paid for and Kneaders cost on that cookie is probably 10-20 cents and I just spent $38. At this point I got frustrated but decided not to make a scene. He handed the two cookies to me and I said something like "this was really weird" and walked away. As I walked away he said "weird?" and was trying to keep taking to me. So what should have happened is when they brought our order they could have explained that their sugar cookies weren't done and asked us what we would like to replace it with or if we'd like to wait. And at the very least what should have happened is the manager should have immediately accommodated me with the 2 stupid cookies instead of putting it in my face that they are $.99 and insinuating that I was trying to work them for a cookie. My wife and I go to Kneaders a lot and I'm not going to all of a sudden boycott Kneaders over one dumb situation but I bet we go there less now. We also go there for our Friday company lunches every once in a while but as the owner I will steer us to Hickory Kist instead or other local lunch spots. The fact is Kneaders is good but Hickory Kist is every bit as good and in some ways better. And if we're in Provo we'll definitely hit Shirley's Bakery instead of Kneaders. Kneaders probably won't even care about this review, they usually have a line to the door at lunch time but as for me and my $$$ less will be going to Kneaders from now on.

Was not bad food. The deserts are great and the breads are good. If you are going for bread and deserts to take home you'll be better off. The service is okay but they are closed on Sundays. This is Utah though so what are you going to do.

Staff was friendly, and the food comes out quick. It was pretty crowded today, but the food was delicious. I love the fresh strawberry cake! Highly recommend if you like strawberries. I wish it wasn't so crowded, but I guess that means business is going well. I'll definitely be back!
